Welcome to AstroFate. By creating an account, accessing any part of this website, or purchasing any service offered through it, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly do not use the service.

1. Nature of Service

AstroFate offers Vedic astrology guidance through automated AI tools (Kundli generation, AI chat) and human consultations delivered via WhatsApp, voice call, or video. All readings are interpretative in nature and intended for self-reflection, awareness, and personal insight. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation in any of these fields.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and make payments on AstroFate. By using the service you confirm that the birth details, contact information, and payment details you provide are accurate and that you have the legal authority to use the payment instrument selected at checkout.

3. Accounts & Personal Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. AstroFate stores your name, email, phone, and birth details only for the purpose of generating personalized readings, processing payments, and contacting you about your consultation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is required to process payments (Cashfree) and send communications (email, WhatsApp).

4. Services & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown on the booking and checkout pages. Current published services include:

• AI Chat Plan — ₹51 (4 questions, valid for 24 hours)
• Detailed Reading — ₹251 (15 minutes)
• 30-Minute Consultation — ₹501
• 1-to-1 Live Video Session — ₹5,001 (1 hour)
• Monthly Subscription — pricing on request

AstroFate reserves the right to revise prices, introduce new services, or discontinue services at any time. Any change will apply to new purchases only and will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. AstroFate does not store full card or bank details on its servers. A successful payment receipt is emailed to you immediately after the transaction, and the corresponding service or plan is activated on your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AstroFate only for personal, lawful purposes. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts, abuse the AI chat to generate harmful content, resell readings, or use automation to scrape the service. Violations may result in suspension of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroFate — including the website design, AI-generated reports, written guidance, branding, and code — is the property of AstroFate. You may keep your personal Kundli and chat history for private use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroFate's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from decisions made based on our readings.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
